Mosaic is thrilled to announce its first event with Gitcoin rewarding active fans of Passport, Grants, and GTC token voting.
How it works
To participate in the Gitcoin Drops campaign and claim your rewards, you must meet the requirements for each open drop. The Gitcoin campaign comprises three separate drops: Traveler, Patron, and Steward. All rewards are calculated using activity data from GG18 (August 15-29, 2023) and GG19 (November 15-29, 2023).
Playlists (aka allowlists generated by data models) are designed to unlock the highest possible reward in each drop. For example, if you met the criteria for a Common reward in GG18 and a Mythical reward in GG19, you would be eligible to claim the highest reward, in this case the Mythical reward.
Rewards are issued on OP Mainnet. You will need to change the network on your wallet to Optimism to claim. You can find OP Network and RPC information here. Rewards are free to claim, however, you will need a small amount of ETH in your wallet to pay network fees.
Gitcoin Traveler Drop
The Traveler drop is calculated using Gitcoin Passport score data and will unlock one of three rewards: Common, Rare, or Mythical. The Common reward is available to individuals who earned a score of 15-19. To earn the Rare reward you must have earned a score between 20-24 during the same time. The Mythical reward requires you to have earned a score of 25 or above.
Gitcoin Patron Drop
The Patron Drop is calculated using Gitcoin Grants donation data and unlocks one of three rewards: Common, Rare, or Mythical. The Common reward is available to individuals who donated to at least 1 project between $10-$25 in total funding. To earn the Rare reward you must have donated to 2-10 projects between $25.01-$100 in total funding. The Mythical reward requires you to have donated to 11 or more projects over $100.01 or more in total funding.
For example, if you donated to 10 grants between $10 and $25.01, you would qualify for the Common Patron drop. Any value below $10 would not qualify for any Patron drop. You must meet both criteria in each rewards tier (i.e. # of grants and total $ value).
Gitcoin Steward Drop
The Steward Drop is calculated using GTC token voting data sourced from Snapshot and unlocks one of three rewards: Common, Rare, or Mythical. The Common reward is available to individuals who voted on at least 1 proposal with 1-19,999 GTC tokens. To earn the Rare reward you must have voted on 2-10 proposals with 20,000-199,999 GTC tokens. The Mythical reward requires you to have voted on 11 or more proposals with 200,000 or more GTC tokens.
